Frequently asked questions
NFC (Near Field Communication) is a short-range wireless data transmission technology that allows us to exchange data over a few centimeters without connecting the devices with anything other than radio waves.
On most Android phones, you can turn NFC on and off in the Settings/More/NFC or Settings/NFC menu. For newer iPhones, NFC is enabled by default, so you don't need to do anything; the phone reads everything. For older iPhones, unlock the phone, swipe up the screen to reveal the control panel, and then activate NFC.

The QR code printed on the card always points to the online profile link. We do this so that older devices can also read the digital data on the card.
To read the QR code, you just need to open the camera application, and the phone will bring up the web link embedded in the QR code on the screen, which your partner can open with a single click.
